Often inseparable from mountaineering, like all Sherpas of Nepal, I also happily chose the trekking profession to be in touch with my beautiful Himalayas. I'm a local Buddhist and being born and brouht up on the lap of Himalayas, I've been trekking in these regions for the last 35 years.
